don't even know where to start. Walking down the hall, the urine smell is horrible. bags full of bed pads were left unopened and sitting outside the rooms, i am guessing that is where the smell came from. my mom had to wait over 2 hours one time for her pain meds. One night she had to get the person in the other bed to go get help so she could go to restroom. she paged the nurse but she never showed up. the toilet ran for two days spewing water on the floor. But nothing compares to my mom turning on bathroom light and roaches scattered. She was even told by staff to make sure she shook her clothes out when she got home to make sure there were no roaches in her clothing..... this place is horrible.

My mom has been at Clark Rehab for two years and have received excellent care. From the time i walked through the doors and met Tim Semmont, to the nurses and staff that care for my mom, I feel a sense of comfort knowing she is in great hands. The nurses and staff keep me up to date about my mom as well as communicate any changes to me. Thank you Clark Rehab for such great care.
