(a) My opinion of Seewer Insurance group is constantly striving To do the best Job for its customers - to get the best results and doesn't stop with simply finding a carrier that accepts an insuree, - but ensures their customer is provided deep rooted loyalty over and above their daily tasks is what I consider so impressive of Chad Seewer Insurance group. It took him (1) day of meticulous and carefully researching to find the Best and most credible company to which I am so extremely satisfied - encouraged me in providing this review. Seewer group overall demeanor and confidence during obtaining my Auto and Homeowner coverage is one that cannot go unrecognized and certainly say a great deal of trusting an insurance broker. (b) Its sad when (sometimes) when disgruntled customer (one with an axe to grind) make senseless comments which can sometimes destroy all the good in the blink of an eye. Taking steps to boost morale is a key contribution to any organization and imperative because it energizes and unites teams as does Seewer Group - and because it makes customers feel more competent and comfortable in their coverages for Auto or Home. (c) I believe when working in a client-facing occupation, improving customer relationships is the holy grail of positive contributions. What Chad (Seewer Group) demonstrated exceeds customer's expectations, by simply resolving problems quickly, saving customer from getting upset and mainly enhances the company's reputation or tracks and measures customer satisfaction. These improvements may not be quantifiable unless customers take time to recognize them by making noteworthy observation simply as: (1) Through acknowledging performance -I was and remain consistently amazed by the way Seewer agency performance, therefore, I say -. Keep up the great work! (2) Acknowledging specific goal because of Chads efforts got my policy coverage on TIME, on schedule and with the greatest expectation. (3) Acknowledging attitudes and involvement: I have to personally thank Char of Seewer group for bringing a sense of confidentially to my family face and boosting our spirits when we need it most. Their consistent positive attitude has made a huge difference in our ability to have a great insurance coverage. We couldnt do it without them.
