        I'd give more stars if I could, and cannot recommend River City Clean Team enough. I was in need of a last minute (within four days), deep clean of my house. They immediately answered when I called, completed a walk through of my home the very next morning to provide an accurate quote, and scheduled the clean for two days later. Everyone I interacted with was both kind and professional, and seemed genuinely invested in getting me taken care of. It felt like a completely new home when I returned from work and the value was absolutely exceptional. Given the nature of the business, I made sure to read all of the previous reviews prior to calling, and they're the real deal! I'm not normally one to take the time to leave a review myself, but felt compelled after the incredible experience I had, from beginning to end. You won't regret going with this team!

        If I could give you zero stars, I would. RCCT was scheduled to provide service and decided to cancel on me. These things happen. However, to tell me that you will arrive between 11 and 3, and then to cancel at 1:00 the day of appointment is a really bad look. Especially considering I have to leave town and have people coming to look at my home for sale. Thank you for totally dropping the ball and giving me the shaft guys. Icing on the cake was that they didn’t bother to call me, they backed out via email.... Nice Update 9-14-19. They just sent me an email thanking me for the opportunity to work for me and they look forward to seeing me again soon. Way to rub salt in the wound while also being totally oblivious to what you are doing as a company.
