Once Upon A Child Clarksville, IN

My wife and I have shopped here once before and thought it was a decent place but is run by a selfish rude and indecent man who let other people use his restroom but not my wife. He said it was for customers only when in fact we were customers there and was nothing but rude about the entire situation. I hope everyone who plans to buy kids clothes sees this and thinks twice. Terrible manager, no class.

They are very rude at the Clarksville location. I brought in almost $400 worth of clothes that still had tags cause we had duplicates, and they only wanted to give $20. Also they ripped the bag I had clothes in cause I didnt know you had to have totes. When I asked if I could have a bag since the one I brought in was ripped and they told me no. Its raining out. They were mad because I declined their offer, but was rude from the very start! Will not be back to this location! Ive heard this several times I guess I should have listened!

Very affordable and genuinely OUAC is the best place to get kids clothes since they outgrow them so fast!

my first time at once upon a child was so great. i went in in search of babyclothes for my daughter, and was told exactly where to go and how to find the sizes we needed. i was laid off in january, so getting clothes was hard enough as it was. once upon a child is super affordable, and has made me confident in getting clothes for my little girl

Once upon a child has helped me over the years when I dont have alot of money to go out and buy new clothes. I knew I could get alot of very good clothes for a decent price here. And sell the old ones. It's always a great experience and everyone is always great with their customer service. thank you guys so much
