        Ive lived here almost 3 years and ever since Mrs. Dotty became head of management things have been great. Always there to answer the phones, very kind and is always ready to help! She really has made it a good place to live!

        I just want to start off by saying I have been at Huntley Ridge for three years and have had very bad experience with maintenance. That was up until recently when I meet with the newer maintenance man Dakota. He was very nice and knowledgeable about what he doing. I can tell he not one of them that likes to do what society calls half a%% things, and anytime I see him around the property he is moving quickly and trying to make sure everyone is taken care of equally. I am so glad he is on this crew for this property and is doing his most in trying to get this place back together from the last crew.

        We moved in last year and had a rocky first few months, specifically with the consistency of management and maintenance staff. We would have a new property manager every week or 2, and a new maintenance man every month or so. It wasn't until just several months ago that we actually got consistent staff for both. Now that we don't have to wonder who even works here, things have been a lot easier and the place has felt like more of a home and community. I'm especially grateful for Dakota and his maintenance team for catching up our maintenance needs and fixing some of the half-done jobs of previous maintenance staff. I'm extremely grateful for how knowledgeable, hospitable, and prompt Dakota is, as well as for his willingness to admit when they aren't certified to do something specific, or that he needs to do more research about something before trying to fix it so that he doesn't accidentally make the problem worse. Knowing I can rely on consistent staff to keep things working properly has really put my mind at ease in the more recent months of living here, and I hope that things continue to be this way.
