Third day of a boil water alert with what seem to me, was not even a main break here on Westwood Lane in Chesterton on the 30th of march! Terrible! Hate to think if something really serious happened how long it would take you guys to get the system up and running again!! But yet you'll still take our money and if we don't pay on time we'll get penalized! I think you should coordinate with frontier, who was doing digging that busted somebody's water pipe in front of their yard to buy the bottled water for everybody! By the way the guy whose yard got dug up and water pipe busted says he was advised that there was no boil alert he's been drinking the water since!!

Where does American Water find these worthless contractors? My front yard has been tore up for over a year!! My driveway was tore up and not compacted with gravel and washed away. I had to call for a week to get them to fix the issue. Then contractors were going to replace the asphalt that was removed with no warning. Never a letter, note on the door, person to person contact absolutely nothing. I told them I didn't want them doing the work and was supposed to be paid for reimbursement. Well again over a year and that hasn't happened. American Water is a crook of a company. Also what are we paying you for American Water?? My TDS meter shows 168 right out of the tap?? Aren't you supposed to be supplying clean drinking and bathing water??!!! Absolutely ridiculous
