As an ex-employee i can say that this company is only interested in taking your money. The boast of the benefits you receive from them but we've all heard the stories of the headaches that RCI causes... Also ironic that they claim to have better benefits that Expedia for example and it makes it's employees book through that service.

This company is horrible. They nickel & dime their members to death. The turnover is outrageous. Theres a different answer depending on which supervisor you speak with. Keeping the members confused seems better. The hours are horrendous & the quality of life is minuscule. Portraying a company that cares about their staff & their members is absolutely absurd. Seeing how their rules & regulations prohibit people with health conditions, bother everyday & nothing makes sense. To the point where it has become hostile, even after being terminated for over a month. Please, do not interact, buy or condone these money hungry, soulless human beings. I would like to point out a few people whom have threatened me with legality & are quite frankly dragging their feet, while I have been more than compliant. Do not, I repeat do not be involved with what was supposed to be Travel+Leisure, then found out I was working for RCI & then Panorama Co. Smoke in mirrors to keep the gravy train.

I have been a member of RCI for almost 40 years.     The cost keeps going up.  The service is the worst, availability is awful and their website has always been very bad and unreliable.   I changed from weeks to points years ago after being promised the moon but it did not happened.  I recently changed one of my weeks back so I can just use my own resort which I love.  I am thinking of selling the other week because it is so difficult to find a trade.   VRBO seems to be so much better.  Timeshare is on the way out.
