        In less than one year of treatment, my lawn has made a complete turn around and looking super healthy and rich. Matt is a good gentleman and handles my lawncare like its personal to him. My Treatments and recommendations are customized for my lawn and I love it compared to other lawn-care providers who simply give you standard treatments all year round irrespective of what your lawn truly needs. Ill give BeeGreen A++++++

        Not the same customer service that I raved about in a review from 4 years ago. The technician then used to notify me a day beforehand to see what services I wanted. He would even come out and look at my lawn with me to recommend what I really needed instead of being on a fixed program. I like to minimize the weed spray chemicals and liked the choice ahead of time. It appears that according to the invoices, now it is automatically applied. The technician didnt even bother to blow the excess fertilizer pellets off of my new pavers or driveway.

        I think I've tried almost every 'known' lawn maint. over time. And then I found Bee Green....before he was Organic.... He told me all he could do to make our huge lawn green - one color of green. Not Brown then green, not strange stripes of green....just lawn green - He was/is a man of his word! I'm thinking I'm almost a 10 year client - can't think of why I'd ever change. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control

      Hi Scott,We are certainly sorry to hear of your concerns and that we were not made aware of them sooner than this posting. It is really important to us to maintain the highest levels of quality and our technicians are directed to always blow off sidewalks, driveways, and outdoor living areas of pellets. Please note that the technician in question is no longer employed with Bee Green. If we are informed of an issue with service, we address it immediately. Today, is the first I saw this review as I was not alerted by Google of its existence.Additionally, the invoices. Those descriptions are "blanket generalized descriptions" by product codes and are not property specific. Property specific instructions appear on a different area of the work order. We were migrated to a new software over last winter and it has affected the view and criteria of our invoices that serve as confirmation of the date services are performed. We are actively identifying such changes and working to remedy them as they are found. We still treat as per our customers' instructions and preferences. We take our individualized attention to our clients very seriously.Lastly, your account is marked as a "Call Ahead". We message Call Ahead clients the evening prior to advise date of service and if there are any changes, or reschedules needed, the client is encouraged to reply to the text directly to the technician to communicate such. This is a standard practice for clients with Call Ahead requests. I will be addressing your concerns with our business owner and he will be in contact with you shortly via private communication. We value the opportunity to serve you and welcome open communication.
