I just came back from this store in Carmel. I had a fantastic experience at the store, everything went smoothly; thanks to Raja. He explained everything so clearly and provided us information regarding all the available offers. I'd have to assume the majority of any poor reviews for this store has to be >4 months old. As this was the best service experience I've had in a phone store. The manager Raja, Henry, and Colson were so pleasant to work with. I love the personal experience you receive. As a 20-year customer of VZ, I HIGHLY recommend visiting this Carmel Clay store. I switched my mobile, home internet and streaming service to Spectrum saving hundreds per month and most importantly I have been happy with the service for the last 6 months!
