I was in a car accident in July, and it was extremely stressful for me. The team at Penwell (Christy) were so extremely helpful and supportive trying to iron out all of the details of the accident and the claim process. It really just meant a lot to me that the team at Penwell were behind me in this process. Also, the team within Erie insurance were extremely professional as well. I would really recommend this insurance agency to anyone. Their rates are very fair and come with a lot of support behind them.
