Majestic Construction did a great job on our basement remodel. Jorges quote was our lowest quote out of 4. They started almost immediately. They completed the project in about 4 weeks. That was faster than they had predicted. One of things that made Majestic Construction more affordable was that they do not provide all of the materials. I found this to be beneficial because then we were able to shop around for good deals. This was the only contractor where we felt like we could afford LVP flooring. We had to provide the flooring, the sink, bathtub/shower kit, toilet, the mirror, and the bathroom hardware/towel bars, etc. All of the other materials were provided.
The crew was very respectful and careful while in our home. We have 4 small children, so they did a great job doing our remodel while we still were living in the house.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a contractor for a remodel. I was very impressed.
