Stopped in for lunch with a coworker, and had never been before. I didn't know what to get, and just so happened that the owner or manager of this location was sitting there working on the computer. Suggested I get "A Wreck" their most popular item nationwide, and add the hot peppers. Delicious sandwich and those hot peppers will sneak up on you! Very nice clean place for a delicious sandwich, and a nice conversation with the owner/manager!

Ordered online, was given an estimated time for it to be ready and sure enough. I got the veggie melt and my husband got the smoked ham sandwich and HANDS DOWN the BEST sandwich. When looking for the best quality ingredients, rewards on the app, and amazing customer service and attention POTBELLY is the place for a fact and specifically this Carmel Location. Chefs Kiss.
