TRULY UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE WITH A GROUP OF PROPLE WHE REFER TO THEMSELVES AS TEACHERS. Do not enroll your kids here! Miscommunication with the leadership team from the beginning with our tour and enrollment. After moths of back and forth about having a spot for my son we started in early January. They transferred my son from room to room when he needed consistency most at one year old! This program and its director need to be monitored by the parent company for policies and procedures being followed. In our three weeks there, I witnessed multiple classrooms over student/teacher ratio. One of many red flags. Poor leadership led to poor care of my son. I pulled him out and put him on a place of care, love, warmth, and consistency. Dont be fooled by this place just because they are in the church like I was! Take your babies elsewhere, Atleast until they can get it together for our children.

My son started when he was 1.5 years old. The teachers were great . The communication was good . I felt safe dropping him off & he had his favorite teachers that he would love to go to for comfort if having a hard time . Things went downhill once he turned 2.5 . He started getting sent home with almost 3 incident reports each week (i kept a stack of all of them). There was a time where he had bandaids & bleeding & there was no incident report . I had to pull teeth just to get a written incident report . I ended up going as far as getting video footage because I heard 3 different stories about what happened & I didnt know what to believe. It seems as though the teachers werent watching the children closely . Theres was no curriculum in place . There wasnt a lot of hands on with the kids , it was more of repeat after me . My son is potty training (in underwear all day) & there were a total of 7 times Ive picked my son up & he had an accident . 5 of those times were the number 2 accidents. I could only think that hed been in the accident for a while because he started to get raw in that area . I voiced my concern to the teachers for a week and a half & voiced my concern to the director for another week. I was so frustrated at the situation because she told me that some of the teachers feel like i make them nervous and uncomfortable . When in reality , Im nervous to drop my son off in their care & no longer feel safe . My son is uncomfortable walking around in his accidents (in underwear). Thats when I knew , I had to urgently unenroll my son . I dont want to be labeled if I am voicing my concerns about a JOB the teachers are supposed to do . The teachers in the 2.5 class were so cold , not welcoming & the communication was horrible. Also they have live streaming, where you can view your child through an app while they are in the centers care. I noticed that live streaming doesnt make a difference . Teachers will be who they are with or without the cameras . I would not recommend this daycare to anyone . There is no structure & most of the teachers say the classes gets worse as they get older . If most of the teachers dont havent anything positive to say , thats not a place I would want my kids to be .

If there is 0 star I would give them 0, they made me come for a tour I made sure that they have a spot for my kid because we were kind of in a rush, I called multiple of times to confirm and they did confirm that they do, once I made a brief tour the lady said that they will send me an email since it is first come first serve and AGAIN I told them we are in a RUSH all they said yeah we will confirm with someone and send everything out, guess what they never did, plus I have to call them every day to ask, the lady on the phone was always telling me that she gotta call somebody and they will call me the same day which never happened its been over two weeks now. Today another lady answered and she was so dry and rude that when I was asking her she was talking and asking somebody else without even telling me hold on I have to ask, mind you that she came up with: oh we dont have another spot so they were wasting my time plus she hang out on my face, the most unprofessional way and place Im glad that I didnt take my child there god knows how they treat kids if they treat families like this, would never recommend this place.

I was looking to enroll my 2 years over there . But im running Away! They treated my nephew really bad and they are very unprofessional. Look for somewhere that has more caring and loving people
