I am a local vendor who provided a service for one of this companies properties over three months ago and I have yet to be paid. I have emailed Ive called this company multiple times not a single extension at that company answers the phone when they asked for my services I provided it to them the same day with the idea that they would have the professionalism to cover the invoice that was sent out to them.

Uptown terrace apartments Rogers, Arkansas. Nice exterior but awful construction. I moved into a brand new building in March '22. Brochure says luxury, opulent, etc., but so far from it. Uneven floors, noisy rooftop AC units, windows leak air, sewer gas smell that caused me to stay in a hotel on occasion ( after experiencing that odor for 9 months, the resolution was to have me pour vinegar and baking soda down the drain when it smelled bad). Uncontrolled smoking in the rooms, decks, patios including pot. Uncontrolled trash service rules meaning there are always trash cans in the halls. Controlled access doors inoperable for weeks at a time. Very low water pressure and limited warm ( not hot)water in the kitchen sink. Little to no support during my 15 month lease. Management, including corporate was unhelpful, uncaring and often defensive. The poor maintenance guys were so frustrated with the problems in the building and often just said, sorry there isn't anything I can do The complex is being marketed as luxury because its in a high rent area, but the construction team and property management team really created a pig with lipstick. Avoid this place and don't be fooled by the nice marketing.
