First off this is my first visit it to a bob evans. Came in with my family didn't get greeted for the first 5 mintues of being there. Ordered our food which was basically breakfast items along with a kids burger. It was slow in the restaurant at the time of ordering after 30 mintues of waiting and seeing our food sitting in the window for 10 plus mintues I asked if they would run out food. The person behind the counter told me they were still waiting on an item. I asked if they would run our food that is ready and they said it would be a couple more minutes I saw on the screen above our ticket was in red at 29:40. My daughters burger had already been sitting in thr window for 10 minutes. I told them never mind and walked our since none of the staff wanted to do their job. Not impressed with this place.

We were not greeted when we came in. It took a while to be seated and then greeted at the table. Our food took a ridiculous amount of time considering they're breakfast items. Probably won't come here again. None of the staff seemed to have any sense of urgency. We could see food sitting in the window (dying...if you've worked in the food industry you will know what I mean). Not. Impressed. And honestly, pretty angry. My husband walked up because there was food in the window and like 5 employees just standing there. He asked if we were getting our food soon. The guy just kept telling him they were waiting on one thing. Im pretty sure the waitress forgot to input one of the meals. We had been there for at least 45 minutes at this point. We ended up walking out. This was our first ever experience at a bob evans. We will never be back. Bad first impression.
