McDonald's

They lost a very loyal customer in me 6 months ago. I pulled in at their curbside, and waited along with multiple other vehicles, as it was still open and available in the app. 30 minutes go by and no one brought out food to any of the vehicles, so I called the phone number on the curbside sign. Oddly enough, my spot was the only one that still had the phone number posted. They hung up on me twice before I could even get a word out, then left their phone off the hook to stop any future calls from me or the other drivers. Then I waited in the drive-thru line for an hour just to try to get a refund. They said they couldnt reimburse me because I ordered through the app and gave me a corporate phone number to call. After multiple attempts to reach someone this way, getting the run-around each time, I was finally told they wouldnt be able to refund me. Whats worse, they said this location couldve and shouldve refunded me the night it happened. I will never go to any another McDonalds until they give me my money back, and Ill never go back to this location ever again. All my family and friends stopped going there as well, after hearing what happened.

They always forget to put drinks with the happy meal and I have to remind them almost everytime, if I catch it before driving off.

Decent food, but the way they order the drive thru line is designed to enrage people. We could arrive first and have three people hop in front of us, due to the multi window drive thru. Just, uphold the sanctity of the order of people in line

The past couple of times I had been to this McDonald's and ordered sandwiches, the buns were always stale, never soft or fresh. So, today, I decided to get nuggets.....bad decision! They were old and stale as well, also the fries were not fresh either! As much as you charge for these meals ..the least you can do is make sure ALL the food is fresh for us paying customers! Smh....safe to say I will not be coming back to this location! Sad too, because, I only live like 2 minutes from it!

My friends and I were hungry so we came here we went through the drive thru after we ordered they asked up to pull up and wait. they came to out car gave us our drinks and went back inside she then came back out asking what we ordered. After about 15 minutes of waited we went in and asked to their face and ordered 5 times
