RUN. DONT WALK, RUN TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! Was with this company for years and had nothing but problems from the beginning with Susan. She would constantly demand to come to our home at the last minute for recerts. When we complained enough she started scheduling them in advance and yet we somehow always ended up with a different person at our home cause Susan was always busy. And allowed a nurse to bring her father to our home, without permission or a heads up, which is a HIPPA violation. Was always rude and hard to speak to. When we called her out on being rude, we were dropped from the company. After years of being with them. We had tons of hours that never got used, because staffing wasn't available. Clearly they don't care about patients or their families to think family time doesn't matter, respect isn't needed, and to just drop us because we spoke out. We would have left a lot sooner if we didn't love the one nurse we did have so much.

Not reliable and very dishonest! The woman will sign you up without having any extra aides. Then, she will make up lies about the clients when she is at fault for not fulfilling her promises. Not a good company. I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to do it. People really do need to own up to their mistakes and these type of companies should not be signing people up when they know they don't have the aides to cover the clients. This is not just a game for us. This is our lives they are messing with on a daily basis, but all they care about is money.
