I like the availability to walk in for care without an appointment. Wait is never long. "Excellent & thorough care." If needed you will be transferred to ER for detailed examination & tests. I experienced this once. You are given a detail paper copy of your results. I also use their lab for blood work & their PT rehab.

Waste of your time taking anybody in there.
I literally want my money back please go somewhere else they wont even give you a simple doctors excuse.
Left a complaint at the regional hospital about the immediate care center and it literally went to voicemail.
I would never bring anybody ever back there ever again.
Even if thats my only option for healthcare. Please take your familys health into consideration and do not waste your time going in there dont waste your time going to Brittany Conley either. Even called the next day they would not give my daughter an excuse at all so I have to spend money going somewhere else to get her seen again. Totally joke unprofessional

I paid $108 to be seen by a doctor, be tested for strep throat, and have a prescription written. I believe I was there for a total of 30 minutes. 5-10 minutes to wait in the lobby, 5-10 minutes to wait for the doctor in the room.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be returning if needed in the future.
