I went here and they were slower than McDonalds in town! I am an old Vietnam veteran and cant hear very well. The heavyset feminine man was yelling loud at me cuz I said huh. The employees who helped me were okay, but when I went back a week later to return my equipment everybody was gone.

We had a great experience at the Bluffton T-mobile store. Nathan did a great job getting us switched over along with a new plan and phones. It is going to save us money each month. Everyone in the store was so friendly.
