    They just did a fire alarm without any warning. I have a cat whos been diagnose with heart failure, epilepsy, and tore her ligament in her leg from the last fire alarm. At least the last fire alarm they gave a two day warning even though I wasnt home because I was at a funeral for someone out of state. So they gave me too short of a warning the first time and no warning at all the second. To top it off, I am living with mold in my bathroom. The maintenance guy came in and said, these bathrooms are designed terribly and that was it. I asked if they could at least caulk it and he said he would. That was months ago. They never caulked where the tub meets the wall tiling so theres mold behind the tiling.

    We have contacted the office on several occasions about fixing the dryer in my mothers unit ..We have not had any luck getting it fixed..Will gladly consider a higher rating as soon as this issue is fixed ..

    Moved in last summer and cant wait to be out of this money trap..So many hidden fees be sure to read the fine print the walls r paper thin r electric was running 160 plus a month ..The clincher was we had family come in from out of town in hopes to use the pool which was open 2 weeks ago fyi..We all gathered and went up to the patio to cook and let the kids swim with a big sign on the door saying pool closed and the grills didnt work either so with kids crying to swing we all had to gather up and go out to eat and use the pools in ft Wayne..Thanks premier and dont try to tell us to just give u more info cus you care so much..if you did you would make sure the things you sell in your ads at least available to your residents

    It's a beautiful place with everything new and if you have any problems, just ask at reception and they'll unclog, fix or fix anything that's broken. On the other hand, it's the most poorly thought out place I've ever lived. I had to fill my house with a lamp because the bedrooms and the living room simply don't have light. the master bedroom has the facility for a lamp, but no switch. The other bedroom and the living room have a switch but no installation for the lamp. Water comes hot in the shower for just 20 minutes. The condominium has a gym, but it only has 5 machines and when I asked for weights for the legs that already have enough weights to do arm exercises, the answer was simply no. In the anteroom of the gym, there was a very comfortable chair that you could leave your child playing with while exercising. But instead of improving the gym, the new management replaced all the front desk furniture, including this chair, for uncomfortable stools.
