The doctors and vet techs are awesome! The front office not so much. They make you feel like youre bothering them as soon as you walk in. If you ask a question they are rude and very dry. I dont feel comfortable talking to any of them. Ill be taking my two dogs to a Berne vet instead.

Advice for this establishment. 1. Do not laugh at a distressed owner about bringing in their cat for emergency. 2. Do not say its probably nothing and easy 3. Do not say you should settle down Im sure its fine. Because it wasnt fine. I have a 13 year old cat who presented with breathing/cough/problems. Doctor sent her home with not a lot of answers. She got worse and had to stay overnight at the emergency room. She has congestive heart failure. Eva, the receptionist, did not display good customer service. She dismissed me as a pet owner and showed no empathy. Not to mention my cat probably should have had more tests done to figure out what she had. I will never go back there. WORST experience.

We brought our cat scrappy in a week ago, the vet herself never did a full exam on our cat. They had a nurse check him which she told us she wasnt a doctor and didnt know exactly what she was looking for. She told us the vet would know better. We expected the vet to look at his body or gums or his belly to figure out what was wrong. All she did was run some blood tests and do an x-ray. Our cat passed away January 8th in my husbands arms from what we believe was a bowel blockage. The vet should have done a better work up and exam on our cat. Maybe he would be alive today. We trusted this vet to care and try to find out what was wrong with our cat. He had a high white blood cell count and they told us he had an infection gave him antibiotics and some fluids and sent us on our way. He never got better.
