Called for service for gutter installation. Spoke with owner who requested I give him my information for a call back. I'm still waiting on that call back. It's been more than 4 days. Nothing. Businesses today do not appreciate your business. If my job was too small or they could not get to it then a call stating that would be appreciated!!!

Ernie and Crew are simply wonderful. He took care of everything for me. We had storm damage and what I thought was going to be a difficult insurance ordeal was not. Ernie took care of it all! They were there on time, everything Ernie told us he would provide he did, and much more! I highly recommend HELP Restorations, Inc for any and roofing, guttering or siding. I will never use anyone else! Thank you Ernie and Crew! My roof looks fantastic!

Great Service at a great price! So impressed with their work ethic, attention to detail, and communication through out the process! Highly recommend! They did not one but 2 complicated roofs for us and we couldn't have asked for a better job...Great Job Ernie and the crew!

We are brand new to the Bloomington area, and Help Restoration Inc came to us highly recommended by our seasoned realtor. We trusted his suggestion, and are so glad we went with Ernie and the crew at Help Restoration. The process for getting our new roof and gutters installed was easy and painless (even a little enjoyable thanks to Ernie's expert input and great sample books to choose from!). Ernie and the crew were willing to talk us through the process and address any questions or concerns we had, and I would highly recommend their service.

Great Service! replaced worn out deck, new siding and gutters. Excellent workmanship, very quick completion and great people. Will do business again.
