Bloomington is very fortunate to have a Realtor like Melissa Murphy. She is very knowledgeable of her profession and will work all of the long days and nights that are needed to help guide you through the entire process. She represents the seller very well and will negotiate the best possible price for her client. If you are looking to sell a house in the near future I would definitely recommend Melissa Murphy!

We moved to Bloomington from out of state and had 1 weekend to find a house. Melissa did a fantastic job walking us through the process - it was our first house purchase! She talked with us multiple times prior to the weekend to make sure we had everything set and made the most of our time. She was willing to make last minute changes to some requests of ours and was a really great first impression of Bloomington! We felt comfortable working with her from beginning to end and highly recommend her as a realtor. She's responsive, knows what she's talking about, and got us a great home that we're very happy in.

Love, love, love Melissa Murphy! We and other members of our family have worked with her numerous times now. Having worked with 3 other realtors in town before her, the experiences with them can't even compare with her. She's up front and honest, incredibly attentive and responsive, and just has a great personality, which is a huge benefit as she works with other people on your behalf! I can't recommend her enough!
