Will was the absolute best most helpful real estate agent I've ever had. We were hesitant to start the process of selling our home, although we were sure we wanted to. Will lifted the weight off our shoulders on day one. He helped guide us through every step of the process. He was present and involved. Diligent. Honest. Genuine. SUPER knowledgeable--and I ask A LOT of questions. We had an offer on our house almost immediately.
Our plan was the rent for awhile, to avoid the stresses of buying and selling at the same time. We decided after a couple months we were ready to buy again. We called Will. He walked us through the process again! He seemed to really have his finger on the pulse of the market and was always open and honest with suggestions. He never rushed us. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help find the right house for us. He reminded us often that he was there to help guide us in making a decision that was ultimately ours. He knew when we found the house we loved and our offer was accepted that night.
