        Ive been a customer of big red for over 20 years and the thing that Ive noticed is they never get their prices listed correctly. It has been happening for so long now it seems like this is done on purpose. I cant tell you how many times Ive walked up to the register only to find out the price I thought I was going to pay was not correct, I understand that people make mistakes but this is literally been happening year after year after year and it is unacceptable. Every time I try to state this to management they looked dumbfounded and say I will take care of it, sir. Okay, is this the year that its actually going to happen because this has been going on forever! If you cannot get your prices right on the shelf, you need to honor your mistakes and charge the amount even if it is wrong. I told managers that and they would not honor that request.
