Candlewood Suites Bloomington, an IHG Hotel

This place has the best customer service! Everyone is willing to help, no matter the what it is. I wish more business' ran this way. The GM (John), is definitely doing a super fabulous job! I'll recommend this place to anyone and everyone! It's beautiful hotel and the rooms are adorable. Thanks for everything y'all!

We stayed here for a weekend family get away and found it comfortable and clean. The suites have everything you need for a short stay or extended stay and you can borrow extra appliances, games, movies, etc from the front desk. My only complaint was that the pool heater was broken when we stayed which was disappointing because the indoor pool was a main reason why we chose this hotel. However the staff was very apologetic and gave us some extra rewards points to compensate for it. They were planning to get it fixed quickly.

Stayed here for 2 nights and paid $210 per day. Mattress quality was poor. Toilet tub was broken at a point...big break and was hurting the feet when step on it. No Breakfast and front desk was never available to answer any Q or if I wanted to buy something from store at hotel. Parking was very tight, lot of construction trucks there blocking the parking.
