        Constant junk on the porch of "model" home and the state of their signage is disrespectful to the residents. The builder has removed parking from a residential street to use as a construction staging area. There is constant noise and traffic disruptions within the neighborhood. Owners have no recourse due to neighborhood covenants. Buyer beware.
