        This lab has the friendliest staff of any IU health facility in Bloomington. They work hard to make the experience of tests and blood work as pleasant as possible. Wish this was true of IU health in general.

        I was referred to the Arlington lab for blood draws from a friend. She said everybody there were great! She was right! I have been there twice and both times I had a pleasant experience. Joyce who greeted me at the front desk was not only professional, she was patient, personable, helpful and kind. And I had my blood drawn by two awesome phlebotomists., Tanisha and Cassandra. They are good at their craft! They, too, were professional, gentle, patient, personable, helpful kind. They all went above and beyond. Thank you all!!
