        UPDATE: I have to eat my words. My bad experience with the flooring department was a few years ago. This weekend I needed a new refrigerator and Lowe's had the best price. I got a Lowe's Advantage card and headed to the store. It was a wonderful experience. Rosa, in the appliance department and her colleague, whose name didn't get, were so helpful. The credit limit was $1000 and my purchase was more than that. The gentleman said "would you like me to get that raised?" He sent me to customer service and Georgi had my limit raised in about 2 minutes. To cap it off the guys that delivered it were so nice and helpful. So I take back my bad review! (Old review: Never have liked Lowe's ever since the flooring department manager yelled at me when I told him they needed to take their sales prices down after the sale was over) (and he refused to honor the price).
