Writing this review because I experienced unpleasant unprofessional behavior from there Don Shonte and I will never want to come back to this place I will be contacting corporate soon

Worked here through agency and when the ed Shonte was on vacation it was so calm and I thought this place was a great place until she came back and it began we African Americans felt very uncomfortable when it came to her I done my work and went by what the shift before had told me because there isn't any assignment sheets so we done all of our work and she then come to us very rude and basically called us liars to our face and then went to nurse jay and said the same thing that we lied about doing shower then I watch them harass one of the own employees Eden that's also African American it was sickening to watch and know the people still are this racist and they have her in a high position so is this what the company represents and allow is my question and it's so much more I can say but just know discrimination is a crime and lawyers will be in contact.!Get her out of this position

I am a nurse when went to facility to provide care. While there I was harassed by the administrator/DON Shante. I was receiving report from one of the staff nurses in the building when I was told to get up because there was work that needed to be completed. I did not feel welcomed at all . The conduct of this facilitator is beyond unprofessional. I would recommend nurses and aids of minority to beware of facility. I will be escalating these issues with the proper authorities.
