        My son is a senior at IUB and just moved into these wonderful apartments this year. It has been by far the best experience he's had. Everyone there is amazing, organized and on top of things. I wish we had known about them earlier. This is the kind of place you can move in your sophomore year and you will want to stay every year. Thank you to the owners and staff for a job well done!

        Going to miss burnham rentals after the spring! Staff is amazing so friendly and helpful with any questions. Maintenance is quick and fast! The apartments are great! Ive had no issues. Love burnham rentals and highly recommend for any student looking for a place super close to campus:)

        I lived in one of Burnham rentals property during my entire time in grad school at IU and they were extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. Maintenance requests were almost always repaired with 24 hrs. Missy (leasing agent/receptionist) was always friendly and helpful, the maintenance guys Shon and Brian were great. John and Amanda were a pleasure to rent from, you wont find better landlords anywhere in Bloomington.

        So far, it's been my best renting experience in Bloomington! The leasing office is very communicative, friendly, and trustworthy. Especially thanks to Missy, who helped me move in within a short period and always quickly responded whenever any maintenance issue came up. The property is well-maintained and made me feel safe as a tenant. Highly recommend Burnham Rentals!
