        Unauthorized entry into apartments continues to occur, and the free internet is extremely slow. It's even impossible to access Gmail during evening peak hours.

        Hi I lived in Scholars Quad for a year. As I had graduated early, I left before my leases ended. Due to some miscommunication with my existing roommate and some repairs I was not able to get my security deposit back. Laurie Scheffel helped me out. She ensured that I got my deposit back after making justified deductions. Even though I had moved to a new city she went out of the way to contact me and sent me my check. I truly appreciate her help. Also, if people are so committed to you even after your lease has ended and you have moved cities then you can imagine how committed they will be to you while living in the apartment. Beautiful neighborhood and great place to live.

        Great place to live. Only the street and train noise might be the problem for sensitive people. Strengths - Professional and courteous staff - Quiet neighborhoods - Most Furnitures are in the room; refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction, washer & dryer. - Decent foods are right next - Transportation (6L, 6 bus, and 10) - Location

      We're not sure who you are. Please contact us directly about any issues you are having. We do not ever enter a resident apartment without giving notice (unless it's an emergency). Maybe there was a micomummunication and we'd appreciate the opprtunity to clear that up with you. And if there is a specific issue with your internet service, we can help you address it. Yes, there is no gym, but Scholar's Quad is at the edge of the IU campus and less than one mile from the SRSC. There is a train line next to Scholar's Quad, but it runs very infrequently.
