        Dont waste your time move in to this complex. The place looks extremely trashy on the inside and when you move out the expect you to foot the costs of renovating the entire place for the next tenant with the amount they charge as deductions upon move out. I paid $800 dollars prior to move in which included a $300 pet deposit (that you are suppose to get half back) as well as $500 security deposit Im currently getting back $67 based on deductions for things that I did not do during my residency. This place is disgusting and they expect tenants to cover the cost for them to update it instead of coming out of the money from their own pockets.
