Echo Park Bloomington

Amazing place to live! great area, not too close to downtown to get all the hustle and bustle but close enough to where you could pop over in less than 10 minutes, lots of shops and great options nearby. Staff, especially Nolyn, the leasing agent, are all absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating. The staff here truly care about their residents and will do everything they can for them, unlike most apartments around bloomington where they only care about the money. Definitely recommend!

Currently in the process of moving out after 4 years of living here and only have good things to say. I lived here during the original management as well as the current one and only noticed positive changes when the new management took over. The entire staff is awesome and always super nice and willing to help. Over the 4 years I never had any issues and the very minor maintenance problems that came up over that time were always resolved quickly.

Poor management since Gray Residential ownership. Took frequent check-ins during move-out to complete the process and receive my deposit refund after the 45 day max period. Docked me for "missing shelving" that was removed at request by maintenance during the previous ownership. Trash services will show up before 8am some days, even Saturdays. Monthly resident appreciation events stopped after change of ownership as well. Contact information was added to the pet screening service even though I did not apply for/have a pet. Better options in town now for the price.

Great place to live. Maintenance staff and the administration are incredibly responsive, kind and thoughtful. Prices are very reasonable. The complex is overall very quiet and peaceful, but the complex hosts community events in order to help residents meet each other, which can't be said for a lot of places in Bloomington. I'd definitely recommend living here!

I gave this place 1 star because I cant give it less. I have been here 11 months. In that period, we have been harassed by management in numerous ways, to say the absolute least, if you are gay, or bipoc, DO NOT MOVE HERE, dealt with a broken hvac system for 6 months, overflowing pet waste bins constantly, homeless encampments in the surrounding woods, needles just outside the complex everywhere, car broken into twice, a neighbor who thinks its fine to knock and request our music be turned down, not that he can hear the music, its just the bass , a revolving door of staff, a coffee bar that is forever out of coffee, biting gnats in the drains, dirty hallways, cobwebs in said hallways, overall just poorly kept and poorly managed. The rent is already sky high, and they have the nerve to raise it again. Without even keeping up with what youre promised when moving in. Trash hole. 0/10 do not recommend.
