        I would like to pay my bill in person. I don't understand why during regular business hours when staff is onsite, the door is locked. That's poor service.

        OMG! This is ridiculous, I am not going to pay an extra fee in order to pay my bill online, ( ON TIME, NO LESS ) & If you sent the bills out earlier, I would have been able to pay directly from bank. I'm sending my payment in the same form as usual. You need to get with it people, stop living in the last century

        This place will not even open the door for you to make a payment they expect you to leave cash in a Dropbox and trust them you cannot get them to let you in the water company for anything evidently they treat everyone so bad that they have to be scared and lock their selves in the water company
