        Went to buy something straight out and they wouldnt deliver it to me unless I paid another 40$ well you making money from me for a big purchase why charge more. Just because Im a woman and dont have a way to haul it and lift it I had to say forget the item Ill go else were. And the lady working was very rude. NO Thank you. I was spending almost a 1,000$ in your store. Ill take my business elsewhere its not like I lived 20 miles away I was only 3 miles from your store.

        Bedford Growbys is amazing! Jess and all of the staff are very polite, they did same day delivery as soon as the Ashley couch I ordered came in. Its beautiful!

      Patricia, We are sorry you had such a bad experience with us. We like to give the option of delivery up to the customer instead of adding it into the cost of the item unlike most retail stores that say they offer free delivery. With the cost of fuel and labor its hard to offer free delivery on all the products we offer. Please accept our apology for you inconvenience and we hope you consider us again for your future needs.
