She got documents tied up in a very quick manner to help ensure we get the home we wanted. I highly recommend Bring it on Home Realty, and specifically Ashley Walls!! Ashley led me through my buying and selling process with great ease. She listened to my needs while offering expert advice. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, negotiation, inspection findings, home values, the list doesnt end!! Ashley was available and prompt to respond every time I had a question and handled our transaction with grace. She genuinely had my best interest at heart and I felt that through the entire process. Ashley is also able to anticipate how a response may arise which is extremely beneficial for negotiations. When closing came, she provided great detail and a checklist for the buying and selling. This made it very easy for me to follow exactly what I needed to do, leading to a smooth closing. Ashley is awesome and I highly recommend her!
