        My daughter was referred here. All was good until they decided to tell me that they couldn't keep seeing her since we have Medicaid. Per the lady that answered the phone, they ARE accepting new patients, just not the ones with medicaid.This is after seeing her THREE TIMES which to them is not an established patient apparently. They sure didn't mind collecting over 4k for her surgery and pre/post op appointments though. Unbelievable. Wouldn't go back here if you paid me too now. Should be ashamed of themselves. If I could leave a negative amount of stars to review, I would. Will also be turning this business in to medicaid so they know that they are refusing people after collecting so much money. They shouldn't be allowed to accept medicaid on any patients if they won't continue care for any reason.

        I had my sons appointment scheduled at least a month in advance. I live an hour away, took off work, took him out of school. They called me on a Sunday at 8pm from a cell phoen, no voice-mail. I get here on time (noon) and they tell me he can't be seen till 3pm ! Very Very unprofessional. The woman was rude. I do not recommend. An hour drive for nothing.

        They are so caring and wonderful with my girls! One even held her hand while she was getting her shot- so thankful they take such good care of my babies! Super relaxed and calm office.

        They where really good with my child at their office and at the hospital. My child had to get work done on her mouth and they made her really comfortable at the office and during surgery she was not even scared had a 6 year old like she was with her old dental office. Children's Dental care is amazing with kids and I will be recommending them to others for their children. The actual density is amazing and she is amazing with the children and she take her time to make sure we know what she is doing while you child is there and she explains what you need to do after the work she does to their mouth.
