IU Health Radiology - IU Health West Hospital

IU West Radiology/Imaging is the BEST imaging in Indianapolis! I have required various Imaging as well as many of my family members who required Imaging and I always recommend IU West. One of the KINDEST and most helpful people in Radiology - is Ginger. She is absolutely amazing. I met her many years ago when IU West was fairly new and she was the same friendly, professional and exceptionally kind individual that she is today. I was there on Feb. 12, 2024 for an MRA and I was having a tough time as I lost my identical Twin sister to a Brain aneurysm and was being tested for the same. I dont live local to Indy any longer but still drive a long distance to have my imaging done at IU West and there was Ginger and she was just as kind and friendly as always. She was so wonderful and that is a rare quality in todays world. Ginger sees many patients and it meant SO much that she took a moment to offer condolences and to take care of my check-in. Thank you so much, this has been an incredibly difficult time and it really helped me to have you there.

I owe my life to a technician at IU Health West. Ms Willer took my mammograms with care to not hurt me yet caught an invasive ductal carcinoma the size of a grain of rice. I have seen many doctors as I make my way through this process and each has remarked on the skill of the technician. Thank you Ms. Willer for my life.

K Koss at the Radiology check in desk wa Perfessional, helpful and friendly helping me get in and out of there timely. She's was the Bomb- Diggity! And Jake the RadiologyTech was Perfessional and Friendly, he explained every step of the procedure I was there for in detail and helped me get back to the main hall through the maze of different turns too do so.

My job takes me to a lot of hospitals. This place does NOT impress me. The staff is SLOW, uncooperative and treated us as if we were idiots.
