Sara has seen some of my patients after receiving a prosthesis! She has done a great job getting them back up and walking! She is extremely dedicated to taking good care of our patients and I highly recommend!

Today I went here to do a rehabilitation program. Even though I was the only one doing the rehabilitation, the two staff members sat at the reception desk and never came to check on me. I don't speak much English, but I could tell by body language that I was doing this program. However, the young man and the female staff never communicated with me. I am Asian, but I felt a strong sense of discrimination from these staff members. Everyone at Concentra, where I used to go, was very kind. I have no choice because my company told me to go here, but to be honest, I don't want to take the program here.

This was the best place to have physical therapy! The physical therapist really do care about you, and will push you to better yourself.

I chose this place due to the 5 star rating. My first day there I was introduced to a physical therapist then pushed onto an intern. The therapist would only help or step in if the student was doing something wrong. I'm paying to see a physical therapist not an intern. So, I found a different place that can actually have a physical therapist treat me. When I call to cancel the rest of my appointments the guy asks why I wish to cancel and I told him that my needs weren't been met by the intern. His response was "see ya never" you're right you will never see me in that unprofessional establishment ever again. ATI physical therapy in speedway is amazing and doesn't push you off onto a student so they can take extra clients.

The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient, showing genuine care for my recovery. The location was perfect for me also.
