Had a good review, decided to update. I make 75k and their are still times I need to overdraft. Very inconsistent with being approved. Changing banks soon, I need a bank I can count on and they know they are getting the money back in a few days when my check hits the account. UPDATE, they have been very good lately allowing the overdraft. Knowing they will get paid and being consistent.

Im posting this as a courtesy to my employee. I am a manager at a global telecommunications company that employs over 400,000 employees in the United States alone. Our payroll is drawn on one of the largest banks in the world and naturally the United States. One of our new employees got her 1st paycheck as a live check while waiting for her Direct Deposit to go active with 5/3 bank. She has been banking with them since she was a teenager. She brought her payroll check to 5/3 to deposit into her account on Saturday January 22. She was told she could not have access to any of her funds until as late as January 31st. ! I promise you I am not making this up at all , really ! Since I know she is not the type to review this banks customer service, I felt compelled to do it on her behalf. ONE STAR FOLKS , ! You earned it ! There are so many choices for banking these days, this bank should be your last choice.
