Bailey & Wood is a fast paced lender with good customer service. The other guys might be a fraction of a point lower, but you will pay for that in time and hassle if you use these other businesses. This company is quality and in a world where time is a part of money that counts. This is the best local company for a mortgage.

We worked with Steve to purchase our new home. Steve and his team were so helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. I loved how simple it was to upload all the documents we needed and how Steve worked with us between busy schedules and life events on our end. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely work with them again!

Steve Hostetter who was my point of contact through my mortgage process with Bailey & Wood Financial Group, was just exceptional! He worked hard to get me the best rate and spent time answering all my questions. He really cares about the people he is working with and it shows in his he presents himself. I very much enjoyed working with him and his team! I would recommend them to anyone needing their services. In the future, should I need these services again, I would definitely work with Steve and his team.
