Auburn Pediatric Dentistry: Dr. Caroline Derrow, DDS

This is the best dental experience Ive ever had. I am one to do my research, and found Dr Derrow because she is a Board Certified Pediatric. She has seen all three of my kids since they were babies. She is the most kind, gentle dentist and really truly cares about every child who comes to her office. She takes her time with me, explaining everything, and really puts my kids at ease. Her entire staff is awesome - everyone so friendly, professional, and very helpful. I especially appreciated help with my insurance, which was a thing! Coming to their office is always welcoming, and my kids even love their dentist. I cannot say enough great things about finding my familys dental home here.

Amazing care! I brought my child here and the staff was so kinda and gentle with her. The staff was very helpful and my daughter loved their office.

Do NOT go here. Unfortunately Dr Derrow is one that will over treat, which is unethical and dishonest. She said my 2-year old had 8 cavities and there were zero options. It was a lie. I know dentist have opinions on what is a cavity or not but at least 2 of them were NOT there at all. No decay. Confirmed by my family dentist and another pediatric dentist. She will tack on extra cavities just for extra compensation. Be careful and aware. Go somewhere with actual good reviews to a dentist who can be trusted. Plus, the office people are quite scary

Everyone was so friendly. My 5 year old son doesn't set still but they worked so well with him. Explained everything and made sure we understood everything that was going on and that he needed done. Will be switching my daughter over to them.
