Justin's explanations were easy to understand and the pictures were helpful. I'm sure the report will be valuable for negotiating with the sellers and for our repair and upkeep of the house in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with this inspector. It was heartbreaking to know my contractor destroyed the essence of my family home, not to mention doing work that will have to be re-done and costing me time and money. Most important I cannot move my family into an unsafe home. This inspector foound the errors, the major and minor issues, and rendered a complete, documented outline that my legal representatives can use to insure I receive justice. Thank you for helping me.
