        Jacobs Insurance is amazing. I had a difficult accident claim and they took care of everything between my insurance company and the business who did the car work. It could have been a real nightmare without them. They advocated for me and got the situation fixed. I am so thankful for them!!

        I have been a customer of Jacob Insurance for almost 10 years, working primarily with Geri. They have helped me with several claims with both auto and home. The team is always extremely patient with answering my questions. They've even sent me notices of changes in bills that I missed updating, to make sure that my account is paid on time. Using Jacob Insurance has taken all the stress and pain out of dealing with insurance management, because I know if I have any questions or issues, I have this team backing me up.
