Weird. My less than favorable review disappeared but I'm happy to write another one. First off Nick was the seller's agent to the house we were buying. Communication was non-existent with our agent. (Unable to prove but pretty sure he blocked calls) He refused to answer questions concerning the house (which he knew the answer to but would devalue the home) aka..."was this home used for drugs?" Um, hello, you're legally obligated to answers these. He violated the signed contract by refusing to allow the buyers access to the property for an inspection. Wow. Class act.
