Have rented a big nice home. I actually love the home, but i have un-done work orders for the damage that has been done by the rain and everything and now mice that live in my clothes. The staff is nice to me i haven't had any problems other than the property not getting finished with sewage leaks and a basement full of water. I keep getting told to put work orders in and still nothing when they now the damage that was done by their workers in the first place. I am looking for another property to rent that won't raise the rent and expect a human to live in and not fix up.

I applied for a house and was turned down because of an eviction from 24yrs ago that I had totally forgotten about. Morgan property said I was not honest on the application because I said no to evictions but I had honestly forgotten about it; it was 24 yrs ago. Really sad that they would not even reply back in the email when I said it 24yrs ago and I had forgotten about it

Staff was nice courteous helped me with all my problems gave us numbers for electric gas. Water companies came and showed us the property after hours without even asking got a customer for life.
