I got the referral over the weekend to see Dr. Joseph. I called several times before finally talking to someone. Once I told the receptionist that I needed to schedule a new patient appointment. She put me on hold, and after waiting too long and a hectic life, I hung up since she already had my name and number and knows that I had been calling with no success. But does she call back? Of course not! It doesn't help that Dr. Joseph has the worst possible hours, but if you say leave a message and we'll call back, the least the could do is call you back or change there message machine.
So, I don't know what the doctor is actually like. But as for attempting to get an appointment...totally not worth it!
