Anderson Manufactured Home Community

Management here is awful and unprofessional and I dont even live here. First off the website is misleading on payment plans being available. Call in and its not an option. Thats the first issue. Woman in the office has an awful attitude with residents and even non-residents when on the phone with them. Ive heard her on the phone with friends who live here and shes ridiculous lol. When given constructive suggestions for the community she immediately gets defensive and accusatory, plus the attitude is even worse. And when you call her on the attitude and hangup, apparently shes not above calling back to cuss at you! Real lovely place.

Was with a friend but most mobile homes looked newer and nicer than they used to.

I just moved in, it's been very quiet and peacefull. The office staff are kind and help you with basically anything you need.

I love living out hear it's officially been my home for a year now I love the community events I love being able to be some where there are rules to keep my home and community nice and safe I swear if we had a dog park and volleyball area I'd rate it 5 stars Michelle and Rachel the office ladies are awesome they take the time to try and bring the community together they hand out to the kids they take the time to care and that's amazing
