Valerie Harp is the hardest working real estate agent that I have ever used. She used social media in addition to all other listing sites to sell my home. She gave me great advice on pricing and was in contact with me several times a week to give feedback, advice or just a "Hi! Do you need anything?" She keeps you realistic about expectations and honest about what the market is like to sell your property. My house sold pretty quickly and she was right there to give explanations about inspection reports and costs associated with selling. She is easy to talk to and communicated fast to answer my questions.

trying to sell a house that I've never been in and is 5 hours away from where I live seemed to be insurmountable task!!! but working with Valerie, it happened!!!! but it wouldn't have if she had not been willing to help with a lot more than just typical 'realtor stuff' like putting a lock box on the door and showing the place. she was definitely a god send!!!! and all the while she was always soooo pleasant (even when things got crazy!!!!) I would recommend her to anyone!!!

She will work hard to sell your home, or find you your dream home, and will continue that dedication right to the closing table.

We have to call her Val because she makes you feel like family. She was always there when we needed her no matter what and when I tell you she does not mind showing her dissatisfaction with a new built, that told me she was on it as if it was her house too. From the first handshake to the closing, we felt she was the one for us after several failed attempts at hiring an agent.
